Why did we start the initiative?

The Story of Nourish Your Heart Workshop: A movement of creativity, connection, and collective healing. In 2020, amidst a time of uncertainty and emotional hardship, Nourish Your Heart Workshop was born a heartfelt initiative to give back to society and provide a safe space for those struggling with mental health challenges. What started as a simple act of service has now grown into a thriving support community, where individuals from diverse backgrounds come together to express, heal, and connect. Our Journey For over four years, this workshop has been a sanctuary of creativity and compassion, offering a space where emotions can be felt, stories can be shared, and healing can unfold through visual art, movement, and poetry. Whether you are an artist or simply someone seeking connection, this is a space where you are seen, heard, and held. Each session is a 90-minute online gathering that encourages reflection, self-expression, and shared understanding. It is open to everyone, regardless of experience, and serves as a reminder that healing happens when we come together in community and creativity. A Workshop That Gives Back The essence of Nourish Your Heart lies in the act of giving; not just to ourselves but to others. Every participant contributes whatever they can (Rs.100 - Rs.500), and all proceeds are donated to a cause, extending the ripple of healing beyond the workshop itself.
